Mohammed Imthiyaz Mulky

Mohammed Imthiyaz Mulky, born on 21 July 1984 in Mulky, Mangalore, India, is an accomplished engineering professional and business leader with over a decade of experience in the inspection, safety, and testing industry in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He currently serves as the General Manager of Standard Arabia Inspection Co. Ltd., where he has played a pivotal role in the company’s growth, operational excellence, and industry recognition.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s degree in Highway Technology from Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering, Bangalore, graduating with top university and college ranks. His academic excellence earned him multiple merit recognitions, along with awards for technical paper presentations at state-level forums. He also holds Project Management certification, LEEA lifting inspection certifications, and multiple safety and inspection credentials.

Imthiyaz began his career in infrastructure consultancy, later moving to Saudi Arabia where he gained extensive experience on large-scale industrial and infrastructure projects. In 2016, he joined Standard Arabia at an early startup stage and was instrumental in transforming it into a leading independent Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) company.

Under his leadership, Standard Arabia:

Secured major master service agreements with MARAFIQ, SABIC, and Ma’aden

Expanded operations across multiple cities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Implemented digital transformation initiatives, including ERP systems and AI-driven automated inspection scheduling platforms

He is an active member of LEEA and has served as a judge for the LEEA Awards, reflecting his standing and credibility within the global lifting and inspection community. Alongside his professional achievements, he remains actively involved in community service and social initiatives.

Known for his strategic vision, ethical leadership, and people-centric approach, Imthiyaz continues to drive Standard Arabia toward becoming one of the leading independent TIC companies in the GCC.
