"There are two types of pain you will go through in life, the pain of discipline and the pain of regret. Discipline weighs ounces while regret weighs tonnes." -Jim Rohn

Hey there! I am Inspirational Eve, and although I stand here before you today- A Denver resident engaged to my best friend, owning my own coaching and inspiration practice, the owner of the Inspiration Denver Flash Mob, and now a triathlete, my life has only recently became what I've always dreamt it could be. As a weight release warrior, I stand here today 190 pounds and I haven't weighed this since I was in the 3rd grade. Yes, you could say I've experienced quite the transformation.

I started my weight journey in 2010 as a 340 lbs drug and food addict. At the age of 24, I was told by a Doctor I may never live to see my 40th birthday if I didn't lose the weight and tackle the bad habits. Within 4 years I have released 150 pounds, gave up the drugs, became a coach, a runner, a triathlete, and an expert in the field of self-acceptance and weight release. Having walked the walked, chaffed, cried, bleed and gave up more times than I care to admit, I never stopped moving forward.

My passion is now to heightened the awareness around the conversation of being good enough and the belief losing weight is going to magically cure our insecurities and qaulity of life. My desire is for my story to inspire others to move towards a qaulity of life worth waking up for. A level of fulfillment where you want wait to wake up and don't want to go to bed one is so charged about life.

I was given a second chance at life. I feel I was blessed with a new life when I was ready to acknowledge and be honest about where I was, accept I wanted something better, and release what was no longer serving me.
