I am a Husband & Daddy 1st before everything else. I also have an Angel Baby in Heaven who I love & think about everyday. I have a private counselling practice which is Psychodynamic based incorporating Mindfulness. I am also a school counsellor with children & adolescents. I am an introvert ( 73% INFP) and empath.
