Intelligent Data Services

Concerns have been raised by our customers and companies within the direct marketing arena regarding a company calling itself the Intelligent Data Group. We feel the need to clarify our position to ensure we protect our company name and our brand.

Intelligent Data Services has no affiliation or connection with the Intelligent Data Group. Intelligent Data Group is the trading style of the company registered at companies’ house as Jordan Marketing Ltd. This company has also traded as Bamboo Mail in the past. They make many claims on their website which we have challenged which includes claiming to be part of the DMA which after further investigation we have found this to be untrue.

We feel the need to inform everyone of this due to the confusion this has caused for so many of our customers. This confusion of course could lead to our reputation and standing within the Data Marketing Industry being damaged being associated with this organisation.

We have approached the company directors directly to make them aware of this, however until we provide them with a compensation package in the 5 figure region, they will continue to trade under the alias Intelligent Data Services Group.

Please be assured that there is only one Intelligent Data Services and we stand by our name, reputation and standing in the direct marketing arena.
