I have been on the net since about 1994, so remember its early days when there was a spirit of the new frontier and community before it became monetised. I still have the early values, and enjoy contributing and helping others with the little knowledge I have.

Into most things digital:

My iPhone 4 - amazes me on a daily basis.

Google Reader - the most useful web tech since HTML. It is just a shame it is really hard to get people to use it despite it being very simple! For IOS devices I totally recommend Reeder (IOS devices), it saves so much time.

Photography - mainly Canon DSLR

Games - Have been a gamer since about 1978, and played way too many games over the years. I mostly play on the 360 and PC.

Music - Have a very wide taste. My heart is always with electronic dance music after my formative teenage years were in the early 80's when I was into Gar Numan, Kraftwerk, The Human League etc. My music collection is very diverse (with thanks to John Peel (RIP) for teaching me to enjoy new music), which includes Classical, Jazz, Hip-Hop, Reggae, Ragga, Country, Heavy Rock and of course Pop.

Film&TV - regular geek guy stuff, sci-fi, action, drama, good comedies (not many of those these days!).

Food - the one part of my life that isn't digital! I love most styles of food and love trying new things.
