Jun Yue is a professional Mandarin Chinese <> English conference, healthcare & community interpreter based in New York City. He holds an MA in Translation and Interpreting, specializing in interpreting, and is nationally certified in the United States through the Certification Commission for Healthcare Interpreters (CCHI).

With over a decade of experience in interpreting and translating, Jun Yue has worked with various public and private sectors on a multitude of topics, both at home and abroad. He has also held positions as a public engagement programs coordinator at a U.S. Consulate General in China, a Fulbright Scholar at a liberal arts college in Florida, and a lecturer of Chinese-English interpreting & translating at a top 10 university in China.

Besides interpreting and translating, Jun Yue is also passionate about teaching English & Chinese as foreign languages, providing consulting services for global marketing, procurement, and localization, as well as volunteering for social causes. He once served as a Communication Coordinator for Peace Boat, a Japan-based international NGO that promotes peace, human rights & sustainability through global voyages.

Jun Yue was a multiple-awards winner in teaching excellence while he worked at the university. He also won US diplomatic mission to China's Eagle Award and Mission Honor Award for his excellent performance while he worked at the public affairs section of the US Consulate General.

He enjoys biking, kayaking, playing the ukulele, swing dancing, listening to jazz music, and learning languages in his spare time.
