Safe Inventories

We use the latest bespoke technology to create detailed reports which are supplemented by digital colour photographs to ensure we present a detailed record of the property, all our inventories involve a thorough inspection of the condition and cleanliness of the property. Therefore, our well prepared and presented reports helps avoid wasting time with disputes between the landlord and tenant regarding the deposit at the end of the tenancy.

Inventory & Check In - SAFE check-in inspections are carried out at the start of every tenancy to ensure an up-to-date condition of the property’s are recorded.

Mid Term Inspection - SAFE Mid-term inspections involve our inventory clerks visiting the property during the tenancy, creating a clear and detailed report of any changes since the occupancy, giving landlords and agencies peace of mind.

Check Out - SAFE check-out inspections are performed at the end of the tenancy and records the condition and cleanliness of the property, using the check-in report we compare the property's condition from the start of the occupancy.
