The Investigative Journalism Manual (IJM) is a project of the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung (KAS). It has been designed by the KAS Media Programme Asia, Singapore, in association with the KAS Media Programme South East Europe, Sofia, Bulgaria, to support watchdog journalism worldwide.
