🙋 Hello, thanks for dropping by!My name is Ioanna, coming from Greece, living though around Europe and I will walk you through my decisions that have shaped my professional life so far.

In 2015, I completed my last academic semester as an Erasmus student in Prague. This was the point that I have decided to kick off my career abroad. In order to do so, I had to be active; did a lot of research, gained professional experience as an intern 🇨🇿 🇪🇸 and created my blog that would help me to land my first job.

My B.A. studies 🎓were leading me to either the teaching or publishing sector. Living though in the vibrant business environment of Central Europe has challenged me to be part of this fast-paced corporate world. As I was persistent to pursue a career in HR, every step I made was to help me get a little closer to achieve my goal.

⏳ My first introduction to human resource management came after offering me a position as a Junior Talent sourcing specialist within Monster, a global online employment solution company.Most of the time, I did feel like a detective 🕵️ trying to identify the desired skills for the hiring managers in the supply chain, SSC & BPO sectors in the so competitive and passive market of Central Europe. I was also participating in career events and campaigns around the Polish universities and cooperating with career services all around Europe. Thanks to Monster, I have acquired my Black belt in Internet Recruitment and as a genuine ninja I was doing my best to introduce our team's secrets to the newcomer "Monsters".

📍Currently, I am working as a Recruitment Specialist for CEE and Nordic region at Huawei, Consumer Business Group. My role is to conduct full life-cycle recruiting for open positions in Poland and coordinate the recruiting process with other regional recruiters. Additionally, I fully support in developing a recruitment process that improves on hiring efficiency.
