Iorbee Tersugh Gabriel
Political Scientist, Project Manager, and Administrator in Abuja-FCT
Tersugh Gabriel Iorbee is a dynamic Public Policy Analyst, Political Scientist, Chartered Administrator, Youth Mobilizer, and Social Innovator with a strong passion for governance, youth empowerment, and community development. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science (CGPA 3.94) from the University of Abuja, Nigeria, and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Public Policy.
Driven by a vision to promote digital literacy and youth inclusion, Gabriel founded Grite Global Firm in 2021, a registered computer and ICT business center that has trained over 250 young people in basic computer skills and employed five full-time staff. In 2025, the company birthed another company called Grite Innovative Services Limited. Through these initiatives, he continues to create opportunities for young Nigerians to thrive in the digital economy.
Gabriel’s leadership journey began early, serving Corporative Society Chairman in Secondary School, Assistant Course Representative and Campus Fellowship Coordinator during his National Diploma in Marketing at Benue State Polytechnic, Ugbokolo, where he graduated with Upper Credit. Over the years, he has held several leadership and volunteer roles including Organizing Committee Chairman for his university graduation ceremony, Secretary, Electoral College of Nigeria Pseudo Party, Youth Leader/Mobilizer, Sunday School Teacher, and N-Power Volunteer at L.E.A Primary School, Dape-Abuja. He also volunteered with Order Paper and Ready to Lead Africa during the 2023 General elections.
He has earned multiple certifications in areas such as Microsoft Excel, Soft Skills, Cinematography, Politeracy and Governance, Cybersecurity, Advanced Customer Relationship Management, Executive Diploma in Healthcare Administration, Diploma in Data Processing and Desktop Publication, and several others, reflecting his multidisciplinary commitment to continuous learning. He is also a Fellow of the Innovator’s Ascent Fellowship (Cohort 2), the Savvy Fellowship, and Electoral College of Nigeria, Institute of Corporate Administration of Nigeria, and he currently serves as the Honourable Secretary General with the African School of Leadership, Strategy and Development (Centre LSD) where he is a student.
Gabriel is an active member of a Political Party where he regularly participates in leadership and grassroot/ youth mobilization. His contributions have positioned him as a voice of youth participation, governance reform, and sustainable development in Nigeria. On the 27th October, 2025, he appeared on a Television interview where he discuss on Nigeria Democracy; how far we have gone, challenges and the way forward.
He have two academic papers written to his name. The Appraisal of Bimodal Voter Accreditation System (BVAS) in the Conduct of the 2023 General Elections in Nigeria, and Privatization and the Efficiency of Jos Electricity Distribution Company (JEDC).
With over seven years of professional experience as an Administrative Manager, Gabriel combines policy insight, organizational management, business development, and strategic communication to drive impactful change. His career ambition is to influence policy decisions that promote inclusive governance, youth empowerment, and socio-economic development across Africa.
