Who we are

The Insight Centre provides member agencies with news, statistics and data to assist them in their competitive reviews & new business pitches. We’re a team of consumer experts with many years experience working directly with agencies, and we’re able to create concise, compelling narratives that enable you to quickly understand key issues.

Jim Clark, Head of Insight, held senior positions at BBH and Golley Slater. Damian Lord, Senior Insight Executive, worked directly with agencies during his six years at the Future Foundation and Lauren Hewitt, Insight Executive, previously worked at the Washington-based American Enterprise Institute. Prior to joining the IPA Rachele Dini, Insight Consultant, was a senior trends analyst at Mintel.

How we can help

Our insights are driven by top-notch, premium, data sources including YouGov SixthSense, Iconoculture, IBISWorld and Key Note reports. This provides us with direct access to data on consumer markets, consumer attitudes, trends, B2B market overviews and advertising trends. All of which we use to formulate a response that directly answers your question.

We formulate responses in PowerPoint, which we call “Insight Packs”. Cutting through the clutter, these are designed to avoid information overload. Packs can easily be read in the back of a taxi on the way to a client meeting. Even better, the format enables agencies to quickly translate key slides into their own pitch decks. Many members we work with present our work directly to clients.
