A post graduate in English, Smt. Ipsita Das has three decades of experience in school education involving teaching and administrator who takes concrete steps to eradicate dropouts in the schooling system.

She has taken up many projects to promote ICT, and reading habits among students. She also nurtures the talents of students in a number of co-scholastic areas in order to ensure their all round development. To make teaching more effective and interesting, Smt.
