IRAN DANIEL is an Emmy® award winner television host and reporter who captivated Hispanic audiences in the U.S. and Latin America as on-air entertainment correspondent for Telemundo’s top-rated morning show “Un Nuevo Dia”.

As a host for Telemundo, along with the entire cast, Daniel's in-studio segments --that included reports from the Red Carpet, segments on the latest news from Hollywood, interviews with the hottest celebrities as well as on-location around the globe behind-the-scenes look at the worlds of movies, television and music-- contributed to the show making history by receiving the first-ever Daytime Emmy® for “Outstanding Morning Program in Spanish".

Prior to joining Telemundo, she covered major events around the world for various international broadcast networks, including the World Cup, the Oscars, the Emmys, the American Film Institute’s Lifetime Achievement Awards, the Cirtics Choice Awards, the Michael Jackson Memorial, the Latin Billboard Awards, and the Grammy Awards.

Born and raised in Mexico City, Iran is completely bilingual. She moved to London as a teenager before setting base in Miami where she began her career in broadcasting as host of Univision’s “Sabado Gigante,” the longest running variety show with an audience of more than 100 million viewers in 42 countries worldwide.

For work and pleasure, Iran has traveled to all continents visiting over 50 countries, giving her a multicultural appreciation of the world's global pop culture and its ever-changing diversity.

Fluent in English, Spanish, French and Italian, Daniel also works regularly as a Voice Over Artist and has been heard in network promos, dubbing shows including “LOST,” “The Bold and the Beautiful,” “Grey’s Anatomy,” “Desperate Housewives” and “Ugly Betty,” along with voicing countless radio and television ad campaigns.

Between her red carpet reporting and live in-studio segments, Daniel has interviewed some of the biggest celebrities in the world, including George Clooney, Julia Roberts, Morgan Freeman, Jennifer Lopez, Quentin Tarantino, Matt Damon, Jane Fonda, Brad Pitt, Sharon Stone, Adam Sandler, Will Smith, Michael Douglas, Javier Bardem, Kate Winslet, Orlando Bloom, Eva Longoria, Penelope Cruz, Salma Hayek, Robert Downey Jr., Gloria Estefan and countless others.
