My name is Irena, I’m 45 years old, originally from Prague, and have called Portugal home for the past five years. I’ve lived internationally for many years and am currently based near Lisbon, preparing for an MBA in Porto — a city that stole my heart and that I’m really looking forward to getting to know better.

I work in community, events and training, and enjoy bringing people together. I also mentor people in public speaking and volunteer with a local Portuguese organisation.

I’m calm, respectful and easy-going, and really value a clean, peaceful and welcoming home. I’m social and enjoy good conversations, but also appreciate my own space and quiet time.

I’m looking for a comfortable home in Porto with friendly, considerate housemates — somewhere that feels like a home, not just a place to sleep.

I love the ocean, nature, good food and discovering new places. I also enjoy organising trips to discover more of beautiful Portugal — hidden gems, lovely places and traditional Portuguese food. I’m also learning Portuguese and looking forward to becoming part of Porto and making it my next home.
