Upon graduating from Christopher Columbus High School located in the Bronx, NY in 1985, I knew that entrepreneurship was my future. I consistently demonstrated dedication, determination, and an unwavering work ethic that never shied away from challenges. These qualities fueled my passion for self-employment and paved the way for my remarkable journey.
Over the past 30 years, I have been blessed to work for myself and experience exponential growth in my business ventures. In 1996, I embarked on a career in the mortgage industry, which perfectly aligned with my entrepreneurial mindset and burning desire to help others advance in this world.
Shortly thereafter, in 2001, I established A.S.A.P. Mortgage Corp. from my home office while raising three children under the age of 5. An interesting fact about my company name is that it is an acronym derived from my children's names—Alexa, Stephanie, and Peter.
In addition to my successful business ventures, my achievements extend far and wide. I authored the inspirational book "Home at Last: An Inspirational Guide to the Mortgage and Real Estate Process," offering valuable guidance to individuals navigating the complexities of mortgages and real estate.
As a New York State-approved real estate instructor, I have the privilege of sharing my expertise and insightful knowledge with aspiring professionals in the industry. I am dedicated to helping them succeed and thrive in their careers.
My commitment to excellence is further demonstrated through my involvement in professional organizations. I have served on the New York State Association of Mortgage Brokers board on the Legislative Committee and hold the honorable position of President-elect.
