Hi, my friends call me Cas. I am single and enjoy the freedom to pursue my dreams and bucket list. I am blessed with a beautiful daughter. I enjoy travelling, arts and music, good food, friends, laughter, fishing for big catch, playing tennis and writing. I am a Nurse, a mentor, I strive to improve healthcare here and globally. I am down to earth, warm and funny, easy to be with, cool to hang out with. I like to dance, can't hold a tune but listen to old and new artists. I cook a great meal and wash it down with a nice glass of red wine. Perfect day for me would be: watch the sunrise on the beach, read a few pages of a good book, eggwhite omlette breakfast, hike up a hill, handglide down, meet up with friends for al-fresco lunch, tweet, post photographs on social media, do some writing on my book, meditate, take the boat out for couple of hours and the rod bends, watch the sunset, be inspired, sit on the dock and watch the fireflies, dinner on the patio, catch up on emails, call mom, late night round a campfire, folk singing, jokes, laughter, sleep under the stars.
