Irina is a licensed Building Contractor and a graduate of the University of North Florida and has a background in business, construction and logistics. She has worked extensively in both the custom building industry at Benchmark, and in production/semi-custom building at Taylor Morrison Homes (formerly Taylor Woodrow). She has been profiled in Skirt Magazine as one of the Jacksonville area's top female executives.

Recently, Irina started a new product, capitalizing on her experience in the custom luxury home market - Aria Homes, Inc., setting out to create a new model in custom building, specializing in a dynamic line of homes with clean lines, innovative architectural styles and fresh design choices.
