Irritable Bowel Syndrome is a functional intestinal disorder. It is a chronic condition that is long standing colonic dysfunction associated with abdominal pain, abdominal distention, alternate constipation (Hard pellet, ribbon like) and diarrhoea (small volume with more urge but disappointing outcome).
