Currently, Irviene works in MarkPlus Inc. as Program Development Analyst. She designs training solution for organizations focusing in marketing, sales, service, brand, and other business skills.
Irviene Maretha graduated as a Bachelor of Economics from Paramadina University. She is also an achiever of Paramadina-BNI 46 Fellowship there. Majoring Human Resources Management, she has passions not only in the chosen academic field, but also in entrepreneurship, creative writing, and fashion.
Resulting from her dedication in those areas, she achieved several prizes, such as 4th Runner Up of Putri Wirausaha Kreatif 2013, 1 st winner of National Creative Writing Competition “Semangat Berbisnis” by Yellow Pages in 2013, Finalist of South-East Asia Business Idea Competition by 5th Aseanpreneurs Idea Canvas in 2013, winner of MAPAN Entrepreneurship Competition-DKI Jakarta Province by PAN in 2012, and national finalist of business competition “Bizcamp” by Prasetiya Mulya School of Business in 2012. Her passion in fashion also brought her to be a fashion activist. She found Cashion (http://cashion.blogspot.com), a fashion movement that believes fashion is for everyone by promoting secondhand and Do-It-Yourself things. In college, she was also active member in Kafha, an organization focusing on Humanity and Culture.
Leadership issue always plays important role in her life. Not only she receives leadership training from XL Future Leaders, she is also a member of organizations focusing on leadership, such as Young Leader for Indonesia by McKinsey & Co. and Forum Indonesia Muda.
She is known as a person with loads of creativity streams. She believes that action speaks louder than words. It makes Nike tagline “Just Do It” becomes her favorite motto.
