I’m Irvine Sloan — an energy and impact technology leader focused on helping organizations turn community outcomes into something measurable, credible, and actionable.
Across my career, I’ve worked at the intersection of energy, automation, and community impact — building programs, teams, and technology that help organizations understand what’s happening on the ground and demonstrate results with confidence. Today, I lead research in energy efficiency while continuing to build tools that help partners plan initiatives, capture evidence (photos, video, surveys, sentiment), and translate progress into clear reporting at the neighborhood and ZIP-code level.
My work is grounded in a simple belief: impact isn’t a headline — it’s a system. It happens over time, across stakeholders, and in real communities with real constraints. That’s why I focus on practical frameworks, transparent measurement, and tools that reduce risk in how organizations communicate socioeconomic outcomes.
I’m also active in community and industry leadership, including board service supporting energy and workforce pathways for the next generation. Whether I’m supporting a public-sector program, a nonprofit initiative, or a corporate strategy, I bring an operator’s mindset: clarify the objective, build the execution plan, capture the evidence, and tell the story with integrity.
If you’re working on energy efficiency, sustainability, workforce development, or community programs — and you need stronger measurement, better visibility, or clearer reporting — I’d love to connect.
