Iryna Korolenko is a creative executive and beauty-in-tech startup founder, with 10+ years experience navigating the intersection of beauty and business.

Born in Ukraine, Iryna started international modeling at the age of 16, while also learning to balance passion with professionalism. This led toearly success as both a fashion trend-setter and industry influencer, thus allowing her to capitalize on her higher education.

After receiving postgraduate degrees in both international economy and psychology, Iryna began negotiating multi-million dollar procurement contracts for global corporations such as Anheuser-Busch InBev and Philip Morris International.

Seeking new opportunities, she packed a suitcase and moved to The United States in 2014. Despite having no support system, Iryna paved her own path forward as a modeling businesswoman, and continues to trail-blaze uncharted territories with prominent designers and global brands. She's worked with memorable companies like Oscar de la Renta, Kryolan Makeup, DiPietro Todd Academy and Salon, and Brunello Cucinelli.

Iryna is currently based in California, where she continues to explore new places and meet interesting people, while conquering each unique challenge with an innovative idea.
