Iryna Stasiuk

Iryna Stasiuk is a Ukrainian-born serial entrepreneur, business strategist, and founder of XBRIDER, a business ecosystem headquartered in the United States. She is known for her work in outsourced marketing, education brands, and international business growth. Through her companies, she has helped clients generate over $174 million in revenue and has personally built and exited four businesses across e-commerce, education, and technology.

Early Life and Education

Stasiuk was born in Kyiv, Ukraine, and began her entrepreneurial journey at a young age. She holds three bachelor's degrees: one in Music, one in Business Administration (BBA), and one in International Business. She later earned two master’s degrees—an MBA and a Master’s in Artificial Intelligence. Her business career began in Eastern Europe and later expanded to the United Arab Emirates. She is currently based in Austin, Texas, where she manages international operations.

XBRIDER

In 2023, Stasiuk founded XBRIDER, a multi-division business platform designed to help entrepreneurs grow and scale their companies. The company is composed of five integrated units:

Business Exits

Stasiuk has successfully exited four companies. Her first business was a baby clothing production brand, which she scaled into a full online e-commerce store and later sold in Ukraine. The remaining three businesses were built and exited in the United Arab Emirates, spanning sectors including digital education, service platforms, and branded tech solutions.
