Hello my name is Isa. I am a queer, non-binary horticulture therapist and somatic sex educator, living on Coast Salish/Upper Skagit land.

I offer body based coaching to support you in your erotic wellbeing and embodied aliveness.

• Coaching on erotic touch with self or others
• Guidance for tapping into and negotiating desires

• Deepening sense of body sensory awareness through mindfulness practices
• Guidance in encountering and releasing traumatic imprints stored in the body
• Giving space to explore evolving gender expression
• Giving space to transform limiting narratives and perspectives

All body work is client lead, for educational purposes only and intended to empower choice and voice in each recipient

• I will empower you every step of the way by inviting you to co-create your sessions, choosing what exercises and modalities work best for you
• We will work at the pace of trust following your unique bodies needs, intentions and window of tolerance
• I offer space for you to grieve, release shame, and rage in loving witness
• I offer you space to explore, play and tap into your bodie's wisdom

I recognize the interconnectivity in all things, including the systems that shape our relationships to our bodies, and each other. I am constantly learning and unlearning ways to provide care that is anti-racist, gender affirming, and dismantling the systems of fat phobia, homophobia, agism and ablism. .

No matter what stories our bodies hold, we all deserve to be held in care, and supported in our erotic aliveness
