Hello this is my Biography

My name is Martha Isabel Ramirez Santa, I was born in 1978 in Medellin, my family is comformed by my father Jaime, my mother Martha, my sister Paula and my beautifull daughter Isabella. She is ten Years Old. She was a gift that God gave to me.

I've lived in Robledo for two years in a neighborthood called Rivera del Valle.

When I was a child, I was a very sportive, I love doing gymnastic. I adore the time spent there, becouse I really Enjoy it and learnt a lot of thing there.

The most important thing i learnt was to be persistent whatever you want.

I started my carreer in Politécnico Marco Fidel Suarez, I got my diploma in 2004. I started my worklife in 1999.

After working for three years, I continued studying my specialization.

Now, I work at UNE EPM Telecomunicaciones since 2006, But before I was working at EPM.

I'm a system engineer, specialist in technology integration and corporative networks, with experience in:

* Support and management of applications such as CA Service Desk Management, Business Object, Itpam, CA Service Catalog

* Management and support of backup and recovery platforms

* Management and support of windows server 2003, 2008, 2012.

Finally I've been learning for three years, I hope some day speak very well.
