Welcome to my page. I am board certified in both Family Medicine and Hospice & Palliative Medicine. Currently I am a physician for Kaiser Permanente in the Department of Continuing Care providing geriatric and palliative care to patients. I have a passion for education and have provided community education to physicians, nurses, ancillary staff and lay people in subjects such as dementia, aging, pain management, symptom management, communication, supportive care, palliative care, advance care planning and hospice.
