Isabel Lin

Over the past ten years, I have worked at Taiwan Rong Fu Industrial. I started as a production management assistant but have since been promoted to the sales department as executive manager. Since 2015, I have attended night school at Central Taiwan University of Science and Technology to obtain a degree in Applied Foreign Languages. With perseverance, I have excelled in both my career and in my academic studies.

I love being challenged no matter what the outcomes are. For if I succeed, it is just another task completed and if I fail, I take the invaluable experience and lessons learned from it, to apply it to future projects. I consider myself a self-starter that works well autonomously with great interpersonal skills. I work well with others and conscientious towards providing quality customer service. My excellent communication skills have allowed me to represent my organization in exhibitions domestically and abroad. As a team leader, my leadership style encompasses active listening and promote an environment that encourages creativity and efficiency.

My ultimate goal is to do more, take on larger projects, and make an impact by becoming an integral part of a larger corporation. For this reason, I am currently seeking a job that will not only sustain my livelihood but also allow me to continuously grow and improve my character. Though I currently lack experience in a larger scaled company in the optoelectronic industry, I believe my lengthy experience as a leader paired with my gregariousness has prepared me to be more than apt for any future challenges it may bring.
