Hello, I’m Isabella. I’m a psychology undergraduate student at American University living in Washington, DC. In addition, I am the Community Wellness Coordinator for The Mindfulness Center, a non-profit mindfulness and meditation organization based in Bethesda, MD. I am fascinated with the human brain and how it relates to cognitive and developmental psychology. I’m also interested in yoga and its place in holistic health care in treating child populations.
