Two of my strengths are ideation and input because I love to come up with new ideas and value other's input. I identify with these strengths the most because I use them the most in my work and daily life. These strengths will help me in the educational field as I come up with new lessons and ways to help students learn to the best of their abilities.

The two activities that I found most useful this semester were the First Year Success Series and the Lessons of a First Year Buckeye. These assignments allowed me to reflect on being a freshman and starting my college career. I learned a lot about campus from the FYSS and how to find help for studying or my health. The libraries here on campus are big and can be confusing, and a success series helped me learn how to navigate the library and it's website. The Lessons of a First Year Buckeye was a nice way to reflect on my experiences in my first semester and learn from mistakes I've made and continue good habits I have made. I look forward to using these lessons in my future years here at Ohio State.
