My greatest passion in life is helping people FINALLY reach their weight goal and keep it off for good.
As a Food Habit Modifier /Food Relationship Expert, my job is to guide individuals towards a healthier relationship with food and as well as with physical activity- along a journey towards permanent weight loss and healthy lifestyle - physically and psychologically.
The "key point" of my MindFood approach is to share my knowledge of "how the brain works" and how to use it to trigger willpower, organization of thoughts, control our actions, manage our emotions, and deal more efficiently with our environment, etc.
