Driving purposeful change

Hi, I’m Isabelle, a Business Designer. Currently I work at Rabobank as Global Brand Manager, where I focus on Brand Management and Brand Development.

We all have something that drives us; and professionally speaking, what drives me is helping organisations transform and achieve their purpose, going beyond economic profit. In order words, driving purposeful change. Why? Because brands that authentically lead with purpose are changing the nature of business today. They are able to deliver value to their customers, the communities in which they operate, the planet and beyond.
