Isabelle Kiraly is a Luxury Wedding & Special Events Consultant on the Special Events Team at The Pearle Hotel & Spa, Autograph Collection (Marriott International), in Burlington, Ontario, Canada. She works with couples and families planning luxury hotel weddings and social events across Burlington, Hamilton, Niagara, the Greater Toronto Area, and Southern Ontario, in English, French, Ukrainian, and Russian.

Across more than 20 years in luxury hospitality, Isabelle has guided 500+ couples and built a body of work that includes $5M+ in confirmed annual wedding and social event revenue. In 2023 and 2025, she was recognized as the #1 individual revenue producer across all Pearle Hospitality properties.

Disney Set the Standard

Twenty seconds. On a Disney stage, that could be the entire window for a costume change before the next cue.

For four years, Isabelle worked as a Mainstage Performer with Disney Live Entertainment & Disney Cruise Line, The Walt Disney Company, appearing in Broadway-style productions across countries, continents, and at sea. Backstage, every movement depended on preparation, timing, and trust between cast and crew. From the audience, there was only the story.

That standard never left her.

Weddings and special events ask for the same discipline. Plans shift. Rooms change. A team may need to solve something quietly before the couple ever knows there was a problem. The work can be complex. The guest should still feel calm, welcomed, and cared for.

Experience Across Every Side of a Celebration

At Toula at The Westin Harbour Castle (Marriott International), overlooking Toronto's waterfront, Isabelle coordinated weddings, galas, and private celebrations at one of the city's most iconic venues — and learned how much a room communicates before anyone says a word.

She later built something of her own: The Superhero Company, the GTA's first superhero character entertainment company, run to Disney performance standards. It has reached 5,000+ children and families, and 100% of its profits go to Make-A-Wish, SickKids, and Starlight among other charities.

A luxury hotel wedding and a child meeting a superhero may seem worlds apart. Both depend on the people in the room understanding how long someone has waited for that moment.

She Has Been the Bride, Too

Isabelle planned her own wedding four times. The first three plans never reached the wedding day.

During the pandemic, her venue went bankrupt. Dates moved. Decisions that had taken months had to be made again, and the celebration was rebuilt from zero.

That experience changed the way she listens.

When a couple is overwhelmed, Isabelle understands that the concern may be much larger than a seating plan or a contract clause. She also knows that reassurance only means something when it comes with honest information, a clear next step, and someone who will remain steady beside them.

Always The Student

On vacation, Isabelle notices the welcome before she notices the view.

She visits celebrated hotels, speaks with planners, and pays attention to how service feels when it is done well. She is just as interested in the bakery in a small French village where the warmth behind the counter brings the same people back each morning.

For Isabelle, luxury is not a price point or a room filled with expensive things. It is the feeling that someone was paying attention before you had to ask.

Whatever she learns, she brings home—to her couples and clients, and to the team working beside her.
