Hey! I’m Isabel. Head Female Coach here at Team Physique Project.

Fitness has always been a huge part of my life. But through life’s trials and tribulations, I became less aware of how I was damaging my body and quickly became over weight.

Fast forward to now, I have won 3 Gold Medals at the 2Bros JT Grand Prix in Bikini, and a Bronze at the Ben Weider IFBB Pro Qualifier in Alicante. I have helped women of all ages and abilities build confidence, reclaim their power, develop resilient mindsets, improve self love practices, and reach their physique goals.

I am so passionate about my job and I am so grateful to be able to provide the best quality services to my clients with The Physique Project Team.
