I am a bodyworker and yoga teacher living and in Abruzzo, central Italy. i am passionate about my work and helping others find balance in mind body and soul.

I have studied various types of massage from holistic to ayuvedic chavutti, and teach yoga that is both strengthening and opening with roots in vinyasa flow with many variations to suit all levels.
