I was born and raised in Venezuela, where I studied a BSc in Dietetics & Nutrition in one of its most prestigious universities: Universidad Central de Venezuela (UCV - Caracas, Venezuela). There, I graduated fourth of my class, led social programs that focused on the youth of under-priviledged areas of my city and volunteered in a Community Nutrition Clinic in the Amazon Jungle.

Today, I'm in the USA as a Graduate Candidate for Coordinated Programs in Dietetics & Nutrition where I dream of becoming a Registered Dietitian.
