Isaiah is a design director and creative instigator. He's led product experience for some of the world’s top brands, is passionate about the convergence of design and impact, and is an active startup advisor.

Most recently, Isaiah helped lead design at Fjord, a global design agency (part of Accenture Interactive). At Fjord, Isaiah led the design and launch of marquee products for Disney, Walmart, Subway, Pizza Hut, Cisco, Lowe's, and Caesars Entertainment.

Isaiah recently founded Daring, a collective that brings together tech founders working on ambitious ideas that tackle some of society's most challenging issues. Daring members include founders of companies including Icon, Better Place, and Esper.

Prior to Fjord, Isaiah founded Telegraph, a digital product agency that helped launch iconic startups like SurfAir, THINX, Portal, Yummly, and dozens of other ventures backed by legendary investors, including Mike Maples, Peter Thiel, Mark Cuban, and Tony Shieh. Isaiah grew the agency to 30 employees with a presence in NY and LA before selling it in 2011.

Isaiah is an active advisor of several ventures including Scriptd, a marketplace for scripts that is democratizing the entertainment industry, and Equality Equation, a media agency that architects social justice movements.
