Isaias Medina

I graduated from the School of Business at the Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo (INTEC) and have more than fifteen (15) years of experience in Marketing, Sales, International Trade and Market Research. This has allowed me to understand many aspects of the Dominicans behavior. During this time I had the opportunity to work with leading companies in the Dominican Republic and share opinions, debates and outcomes with owners, investors and senior managers of these institutions.

Throughout my career, I have sought high levels of personal performance, a continuous search for excellence, optimum performance in all activities and the personal growth of the teams I've been a part of. I am completely convinced that the magic of the results is teamwork.

From a very young age I thought that barriers could never stop people with a burning desire for something, working continuously and have an unshakable faith. All our current results can be improved, any situation we may replace it with something even better. It is an irrefutable law of the universe; thought is the first step towards personal and collective transformation toward achieving financial freedom, success and happiness.
