Isam Amous
Aspiring Project Manager and Always Learning in Cupertino, California
I am a self-motivated bilingual, aspiring Project Manager and although I have an engineering background, I redirected my education studying Business with Entrepreneurial Management specialization at LSU. I have an overarching goal towards developing a career that feeds into my passions with a continuous desire for professional development through continued education and on the job learning.
I believe that businesses are uniquely poised to leverage their insight to open new possibilities that intercept the multifarious challenges we are faced with of the century in ways that build a more fulfilling and lasting world, enhancing cultures, inspiring people with their distinct stories, or resiliently aiming to disrupt the norm towards a better future.
My mission is to add value by making a positive contribution to teamwork through authentic leadership with direct communication emphasizing respect and trust within a collaborative and highly dynamic work environment. Better understand the needs of our constituents by skillfully grasping an idea’s essence and weaving it effectively. Drive proactive change in projects at a time when budgets and timelines are shrinking, monitor and evaluate through the use of old or new methods to perform reliably yet adapt to changing circumstances. Empower businesses and entrepreneurs overcome the unique barriers to play their role in the world however significant it may be.
Currently inspired and motivated by the vibrant pay it forward culture here in the valley, I’m looking forward towards opportunities where I can contribute and grow professionally.
