I am passionate about developing people & helping them become the best version of themselves, be it on the Professional or Personal end. As a Leadership Coach,I do help professionals become effective leaders, achieve their goals, & most importantly resolve conflicts effectively while enjoy a work-life balance.

I believe that Effective Relationships are the basis for Effective and Successful communities & that true leadership isn’t only on the professional end, but, in every aspect of one’s life. Hence, I have also coached a lot of Parents to develop on the personal level, while, bring the best out of their children to prepare them to become effective leaders in the future; & most of all enjoy a satisfying parenthood. Hence, my desire to work with professionals as much as with parents.

Lastly I am an advocate of philanthropy work, thus, I am a Board Member in Mother & Child Friendly Care Association – MCFC, where, I became a Certified Mother Support Group Leader & Lactation Counselor. Also, a member in the “International Lactation Consultant Association”. Where I do have an even bigger chance to reach out for the less privileged people, & ultimately positively contribute to the society on a bigger scale.
