Hi, I'm Isabela: a global UX/UI designer based in Brazil, with a master's degree in Design from the State University of São Paulo and a keen interest in gamification.

I'm a fan of researching, creating solutions to complex problems. During my more than 6 years in the B2B and B2C SAAS sectors, I've had the opportunity to work on projects in the healthcare, finance, real estate, project management, and education sectors, and with teams of 10-person startups and companies with more than 500 employees.

My free time is mainly dedicated to volunteer work: Ladies that UX, a global community responsible for helping women gain quality knowledge and opportunities in UX. There, I am proud to be a Founding Member and Chapter Leader of Ladies That UX Uberlândia (my hometown) and a Founding Member and Script Writer of the Ladies that UX Podcast in English and Portuguese.
