I am a trained HR Professional who provides strategic advice, guidance, and leadership on all aspects of the key areas of Human Resource Management (HRM).

HRM and its evolving and increasingly pivotal role in the development of the Organization is very central to my HR work.

I have specialized in performance and reward management and strategic planning and analysis. My current focus is on delivering the gains of the evolving HR outlook to the organization, merging the old, the transitioning, and the new HR approaches for the full benefit of the organization and its employee.

In addition, the relationship between organizations and the external environment is critical to organizational performance, success and survival. Understanding this relationship is central to my work as an HR practitioner.

The question of leadership and its role in people management is also central to my current areas of work and study.

I am committed to working with others to craft not just solutions but strategies to the myriad of problems that continue to stymie the social and economic advancement of our people- the most important resource in the Caribbean Community.
