· Full cycle talent acquisition experience in Corporate, Agency & RPO including, sourcing, interviewing, assessment, offer, selection, process advisory, legal/compliance, job analysis, leadership support, wage, and salary trends, relationship management, offer negotiations, onboarding, and BG Check on non-exempt/exempt positions within both Start-up & corporate high performing environments.

· Experience in recruiting diverse talent for national & international opportunities in a Global business environment. (North America, Europe, LATAM, Asia)

· Individual contributor as well as Train, mentor, and guide recruiters, manage teams of recruiters from 2 - 10, establishing individual recruiter goals; monitor and report fulfillment activity and KPIs such as TTF, CPH, QoH, submit to hire, offer acceptance ratio, candidate experience, diverse slate, source of hire, hiring manager satisfaction, etc.

· Experience executing branding and marketing recruitment strategies with creative value propositions to attract top-notch talent in the industry. 🏅
