Ishaq Vadillo is a Personal Fitness trainer based in Kuala Lumpur. An Ex Semi-pro youth fooball player from Spain, Ishaq entered the fitness industry in 2012 after hanging up his football boots, embarking on a new journey to help people improve their lives through health and fitness.
