As the Global Business Head at a Digital Advertising Agency, I’ve had the opportunity to work with 50+ brands across Real Estate, BFSI, Education, Automobile, Insurance, E-commerce, Travel, and Food. From the first handshake to strategic planning, budgeting, commercial agreements, campaign delivery, and long-term growth, I’ve been part of every milestone in a brand’s journey.

What excites me isn’t the thrill of signing a new client—it’s earning the trust that keeps them coming back. Retention isn’t a department or a KPI to me; it’s a promise. It means showing up when things are difficult, finding solutions before excuses, and treating every partnership as if it’s the only one that matters.

There are days when my calendar falls apart because a client needs me, and I’m perfectly okay with that. Meetings can be rescheduled. Deadlines can be reorganized. But trust has a very short waiting period—and I never let it expire.
