Ishola Kayode

Kayode Oluwafemi Ishola hails from Shao in Moro Local Government Area of Kwara State, Nigeria. He began his early education at the Seventh-Day Adventist Primary School in Shao and later attended Awon-Ga High School, a community college in Shao. From his formative years, leadership has been his hallmark—he served as class monitor throughout both primary and secondary school.
He proceeded to Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso, where he earned a B.Tech in Accounting, and later obtained a Master’s degree in Accounting from Caleb University, Imota, Lagos. Over the years, Kayode has built a solid career with experiences spanning Babcock University, Punch Nigeria Limited, and currently, he serves as the Postgraduate Secretary at the College of Postgraduate Studies, Caleb University.
Driven by his life experiences and faith in God, he founded the Femkay Foundation, a non-governmental organization dedicated to touching lives, changing destinies, and giving hope for the future. Through its humanitarian efforts, the foundation has received notable recognition, including a Certificate of Appreciation from the King of Oke Eletu, Ikorodu, Lagos, as well as commendation from the Lagos State Primary Education Board for exceptional contributions to the success of pupils.
Kayode is also a committed management professional. He is a member of the Institute of Professional Managers and Administrators of Nigeria, the International Strategic Management Institute, a certified International Strategic Manager, and a prominent member of the Association of Nigerian Universities Professional Administrators (ANUPA).
Passionate about people and youth development, particularly in Africa, Kayode believes in helping others maximize their potential. His guiding philosophy is simple yet powerful: “Putting smiles on people’s faces is my priority.”
