A Ukrainian native, Igor Shrayev, has always had a pension for hard work. Growing up in a country full of turmoil he immigrated to the states in the early 90s and began his life in Philadelphia. In 2003 amidst the credit and real estate boom he moved to Miami and began his career in the Mortgage and Real Estate industry. Through the boom his business grew substantially and upon minor setbacks after the market crash it blossomed into the conglomerate it is today.
Currently Igor is the managing Broker at GMA Realty with state of the art offices in downtown Hollywood, Florida and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The business boasts itself on being able to cater to realtors and clients of every walk of life and create long term sustainable income. Along side the Real Estate Brokerage he boasts a multi-faceted Mortgage Finance business as well as an Investment firm specalizing in distressed properties and disposition of Non-Performing Mortgage Notes.
On the personal side, Igor enjoys the active life. Spending time outdoors kayaking, running, scuba diving, cycling, and participaing in adventure races all while traveling the world with his lovely wife makes up a majority of his past time.
