After working as an electronics technician in the Navy and the civilian world for more than 15 years, I decided to change careers.

Along the way, I dealt with mental illness, unemployment, single parenthood, and a variety of other challenges.

Instead of taking 3-4 years, the career transistion took 11 years.

As I'm beginning my new career as a math teacher, I'm also reconnecting with my spiritual roots. I'm exploring the path that brought me here on my blog Life Uncalculated.
