Originally a mathematician, Isik entered into work force only to discover that that her lifelong aspiration is to help individuals reach their true potentials in their lives. She founded IMETAC in 2010 which stands for INNOVATIVE MODELLING FOR EDUCATION TRAINING AND COACHING. IMETAC claims that everyone can reach the career of their dreams, if they are committed and equip themselves with the relevant education and training. Isik explains the general principles of her company as: "At IMETAC,we strive to innovate positive solutions and products for the development needs of individuals and corporations starting with the values and strength assessments which we refer to as "positive evidence".We translate this positive evidence into value for our clients via our customized modelling approach known as the IMETAC way."
