Born in northern India to western Indian parents; Schooled in the north, east and west; Frequently mistaken for someone from the South. Worked in India and abroad; An engineer and an MBA. My life so far has been one of constant change. Every couple of years in a place filled the mind with anticipations of a new place.

Long story short, I like to travel. There's a magic in moving around...a possibly indescribable mix of boredom of similar sights, the excitement & awe of new ones and the trance of thoughts that are often the companion if travelling alone. By bike or car or bus or train or plane or plain simply on foot..The earth has loads to offer in people, places, cultures, languages, terrains, temperatures. Sights that take our breath away, sights that make us hate humanity and sights that reaffirm hope in it.

I'm a sports enthusiast who is guilty of not watching sports on tv. I sincerely appreciate the skill and work that goes in a craft but can't always sit by and wait for it to happen. I take alcohol for the taste; not for the aftereffects..I'm the drinker who doesn't need the drink to get high.

I like technology and I like the environment. I'm impatiently waiting for the day if and when the twain shall meet. To that end I've begun my contributions by going to work for a renewable energy company. I'm trying to be able to love without discrimination. I'm no saint but i'd like to get there and beyond.
