Islam Elfiky is a New York–based entrepreneur and business developer, and the Co-Founder and Head of Business Development at MedsNow. Since 2020 he has helped build MedsNow into a platform that brings the roughly 23,000 independent pharmacies across the United States into the digital economy — giving neighborhood pharmacies the tools to onboard patients, take payments, and stay compliant online. Before founding companies, Islam Elfiky was a Division I squash standout at George Washington University, where he twice finished ranked among the nation's top 35 and was named Male Athlete of the Year. Raised in Cairo and rooted in his family's healthcare work in Egypt, he now builds across technology, healthcare, and hospitality.
