I am an assistant lecturer in Faculty of Economics and Political Science at Cairo University. I worked also as a researcher and an academic advisor assistant in many projects such as; the Information and Decision Support Center (IDSC) project for Media Monitoring, September 2006 - October 2007, and the Cairo Institute for Human Rights Studies (CIHRS) project for Monitoring Media Coverage of The Egyptians Parliamentary Elections, 27th October-4th December 2005. My research interests are Political Participation, Social Movements, Public Opinion, and Virtual Politics.
